This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases from Ymxvk, operated by OCALE WAY, LLC. It covers jump ropes, cable ropes, weighted ropes, beaded ropes, digital rope sets, handles, cords, and included accessories sold through this website.
Return Window and Accepted Condition
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- Customers may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Product condition accepted for return: new only.
- Accept exchanges when the requested replacement item is available.
- Return method: by mail.
Jump Rope Return Eligibility
Returned items should be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned with original packaging plus all included handles, cables, cordless attachments, adjustment tools, or small parts. Items with sweat residue, worn grips, kinked cables from use, missing accessories, or signs of workout use may not qualify as new-condition returns unless required by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives with a damaged cable, missing handle, incorrect color, faulty display, missing cordless attachment, or package damage, contact support@ymxvk.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and visible issue.
How To Start a Return
- Email support@ymxvk.shop with the order number, item name, and return reason.
- Wait for return instructions before mailing the item.
- Pack the rope and all included parts securely to prevent damage in transit.
- Mail eligible returns to: 270 E LAKEVIEW ST, UMATILLA, FL, 32784.
Labels, Fees, and Refund Timing
- Return label: included in the package, free.
- Restocking fees: No cost. No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.
- No restocking fee applies to approved eligible returns.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time is 10 days after approval and submission.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Exchanges depend on availability of the requested rope type, length, color, or handle format. Cancellation requests can be reviewed before an order enters fulfillment. After shipment, customers may request a return once the package is delivered.
