This Shipping Policy explains how OCALE WAY, LLC processes orders placed through Ymxvk. The store currently serves customers in Singapore, and checkout prices are displayed in USD.
Order Processing
- Order cut off time is 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles), GMT-08:00.
- Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days after payment is authorized.
- Fulfillment takes place Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays and carrier non-service days.
- Jump rope orders may be checked for rope type, handle color, cable length, and included parts before dispatch.
Delivery Time
- Standard shipping is available for eligible Singapore delivery addresses.
- Transit time is normally 7-13 business days after the package is accepted by the carrier.
- Orders are shipped Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays and carrier non-service days.
- Total estimated delivery time is usually 8-16 business days, including handling and transit.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is offered at 0 USD for eligible Singapore orders. Any available shipping option and cost will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Tracking and Delivery Details
Tracking information may be provided after carrier acceptance. Customers should enter a complete address, including unit number, building name, postal code, and reachable phone number where required. Incorrect or incomplete address details may delay delivery.
Separate Parcels and Carrier Issues
Orders with multiple ropes or accessories may be shipped in more than one parcel. If a shipment is delayed, damaged, or appears missing, contact support@ymxvk.shop with the order number and photos of any damaged packaging when available.
